  • WILL THERE BE LONG TERM EFFECTS ON MY MUSCLES?

    These injections have no direct effects on the muscle, as they affect the proteins within the nerve endings. During this process, these nerve endings rebuild straight away and will regain normal function in roughly 3-4 months time. The primary aim of anti-wrinkle injections is to weaken the muscles that create undesired facial expressions.


    The continual use of anti-wrinkle injections makes these muscles smaller, reducing the number and frequency of treatments that you will need over time.

  • CAN I COMBINE THIS PROCEDURE WITH OTHERS?

    Absolutely, anti-wrinkle injections work well in conjunction with dermal fillers to combat deep creases, extending the quality life of your skin.

  • AT WHICH AGE CAN I START HAVING ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS?

    It is recommended that you do not begin the anti-wrinkle injection procedure until your late twenties or early thirties. At these early ages, the treatment is considered to be a preventative measure.


    On the flip side, it is never too late to start this treatment as the injections can reduce wrinkles that have already appeared, preventing further signs of ageing.

  • HOW OFTEN CAN I HAVE BOTOX?

    Botox can be repeated at a minimum of three monthly intervals, but the results may last longer for some people depending on individual factors such as muscle bulk / metabolism and if they have had previous treatments to the same area – typically speaking when you have botox regularly, the results last longer.
